At Home Foot Care For Happy Feet

With the unpredictability of nail salon closures, many clients are going longer between pedicures than they would prefer to. Whether you need a refresher in these cold months or your next pedicure is nowhere in sight, here is a quick routine to keep your feet smooth and healthy in between pedicure appointments!

Supplies You Will Need:

  • Foot Soak/Epson Salt

  • Pumice Stone

  • Scrub

  • Foot Mask

  • Thick Lotion

  • Large Tub or Bowl

Step 1: Fill your tub with water as hot as you can handle. Pour in your foot soak or epson salt. Soak your feet for about 10 minutes.

Step 2: Exfoliate! First, use your scrub to remove the surface layer dead skin on your entire foot. Work the scrub into your skin in circular motions. While the srub product is still on your feet, use the pumice stone to deeply exfoliate the bottoms of your feet. Use the tub of water to thoroughly rinse.

Step 3: While your feet are still slightly damp, apply a foot mask. Bonus: Cooling masks support tired, achy feet. Let the mask soak into your feet for a few minutes, then rinse off.

Step 4: Pat your feet dry with a towel. Don't forget to get between your toes to avoid excess moisture build-up and potential fungal growth.

Step 5: Apply a thick, nourishing cream or lotion to lock in moisture. Take this time to massage your feet for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy your renewed feet!

Bonus Tip: Wear soft, comfortable house slippers to minimize callous growth and preserve the smoothness of your feet!
